Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and paperwork. To begin a return, email truscalpcontact@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If your refund does not appear after that period, please contact your payment provider first, then email us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your TruScalp device arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or a short video of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, items with missing parts or damaged packaging, or items returned after the 30-day window. Products marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Late or Missing Refunds
